I'm back on the grid now; took a few days off to enjoy the beauty of nature.

I found reseller inquiries from three more international resellers in my inbox when I got home, so it's looking
like things may get a lot easier for my international customers, very soon. I'll be posting more about that
shortly. I've got a couple new unnanounced products showing in the next few weeks, and I'll *finally* be updating my
product pages to an acceptable state in celebration of launch.

I also have added another reseller, FrozenCPU, to my small but growing list of resellers.

Stealth reservoirs are in good supply now and stock should be stable for some time. Even so, if you are
interested it is probably a good idea to move, as they continue to surprise me with how fast they sell out.

NEWS 7/21/2010

Stealth reservoirs are now shipping to resellers. Sorry for the additional delay, I chose to take a much
needed break for a couple weeks, and spend some time for myself for once. The planned hiatus
this summer will still be in effect, but enough reservoirs have shipped to keep stock stable until the end
of the summer when production resumes.

Being that this time has been set aside for product development, any customer ideas or suggestions
for changes or additions to the product line are welcome and encouraged. Use the email addresses on
the support page.

Also, I've recently decided to stop using up so much of my time visiting forums, and use it for production and
product development instead. If you need to contact me for any reason, email is your best bet. I will be
logging in to forums and answering PM's occasionally, but do not expect a speedy response. Most emails
are answered within 24hrs. I do enjoy being part of the community for the most part, but there is far too much
time expense involved.

If you have a specific forum thread that you'd like me to comment on, email me and I'd be happy to do so.

NEWS 7/2/2010

I&H will be going on hiatus for the summer to pursue a joint product development venture with a well
known watercooling product manufacturer that has been in the industry since the beginning of
mainstream PC watercooling.

E-mails will still be answered over the summer, but no new product will be shipped until the unveiling
of our new product lines this fall.Some custom orders and commissions will be accepted during this time,
although it will depend on the type.
